Colleen joined the company in 1993 and worked directly with her father, Tom. She manages our daily business operations in the office and the field to provide our clients with the quality care required for each project.

Formerly with Haddonfield Lumber/Strober Building Group for 20 years, Todd brings his extensive knowledge of the building industry and trade to our team since 2005. His hands on approach provides a strong foundation for the relationship with our clients.

Tom began Finn Associates in 1990 to help banks, lenders, insurance companies, investors and other financial professionals to monitor their construction loans and projects. He recognized a need for these services during his prior experience with financial institutions, real estate offices and monitoring companies.
